About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Dubai on Abdullah Omran Taryam Street, Zira Restaurant offers a truly immersive culinary journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Uzbek, Russian, and Turkish cuisines. This charming establishment is a haven for food lovers craving authentic dishes that resonate with tradition, crafted with passion, and served in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

At Zira, the star of the menu is undoubtedly the Uzbek Plov — a hearty, aromatic rice dish expertly prepared with tender lamb that melts in your mouth, accented by the perfect balance of spices. For those looking to immerse themselves deeper into Central Asian flavors, the Манты (steamed dumplings) are a must-try, showcasing juicy, well-seasoned meat wrapped in delicate dough, delivering a tender bite that evokes home-cooked comfort. Complementing these dishes, the traditional Tashkent Tea is served light and fragrant, cleansing the palate and enhancing the overall dining experience. Not to be overlooked, the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich adds a delightful Turkish twist with its fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making the menu marvelously diverse.

The intimate setting of Zira Restaurant is thoughtfully decorated with authentic Uzbek furnishings and traditional motifs, transporting guests to the heart of Central Asia. The carefully curated ambiance not only elevates the dining experience but also provides a cozy retreat perfect for anything from casual dinners to special celebrations. Customers frequently praise the genuine decor, noting how it enhances both the flavor of the food and the warmth of the service.

Real diners share heartfelt enthusiasm: Selena Ba, embracing her Mongolian palate, finds Zira’s lamb dishes and Ayran drink nearly replicate the comfort of her native cuisine, especially suitable for Dubai’s cooler evenings. Another loyal guest, Sami Ullah, expresses how Zira’s genuine taste of Uzbek Pulao and kebabs stands apart from the usual offerings in the region, creating a memorable wow factor that keeps him coming back. Meanwhile, Viaje Com Ricardo highlights the generous portions and attentive service, noting every dish from Beef Plov to Lamb Manti was both delicious and authentically crafted.

Rony Honein adds that the restaurant is a bustling favorite among Uzbek and Russian nationals, which speaks volumes about Zira’s authenticity and dedication to quality. From a well-balanced homemade lamb soup to the complimentary Uzbek tea, every detail speaks to a deep respect for culinary tradition and guest satisfaction.

If you’re in Dubai and yearn to experience the soul of Central Asian and Turkish flavors, Zira Restaurant is a destination that promises genuine taste, vibrant culture, and a deeply satisfying meal that will linger in your memory long after the last bite.

Food: As a Mongolian girl who has a Mongolian stomach, this is almost the closest taste that I can find to our Mongolian cuisine, of course Lamb is a must in any season but most suitable for a windy late night in Dubai winter like this! Ayran was also what I wanted! Decoration & Style: The environment of the mini restaurant is deliberated decorated with authentic Uzbek decorations and design, incredibly aesthetic with super beautiful blue color being the main tone I love the wall carpet especially Service: The waiter speaks perfect English and is calm and polite The problem is the menuI couldn’t help but wanna eat everything here, so definitely I will come back again and take some of my favorite Uzbek foodBecause I can testify that this is the best Uzbek restaurant you can find in Dubai(among a few others that I tried before) Thank me later

Great experience at Zira! We came specifically for the Uzbek cuisine and were not disappointed. We ordered the Uzbek Lamb Plov, Beef Plov, Fried Lagman, and the Lamb Manti. Everything was delicious, authentic, and portions were generous. The service was also very attentive. Highly recommend if you are in Dubai and looking for great food.

Great food and a very pleasant experience. The tea was light, fragrant, and refreshing. The dishes were all delicious, and the meat was very tender and well-seasoned. Would definitely come back.

Good Turkish and Uzbek food. They offer free Uzbek tea. Nice one. Food is decent, if you like Uzbek / Turkish. Tried the lamb soup, it tasted home made. Well balanced, not heavy. Bread is normal. Didn’t try the pilaf or grills. Too many loyal customers (from Uzbekistan or Russia) were flocking. So this is definitely a destination for nationals. It s a good restaurant. I give it 5 star. Is it 4.8/1223 , not necessarily, but they do a very clever trick: 10% automatic discount if you leave a review on Google.

I don't have words to explain how tasty the food was, it's been almost 4 years I'm here in UAE, being foodie no matter which restaurant I went untill now, but the taste of food seems like similar to maybe, maybe most of them are Arab and they share same taste of food, but Zira make me say "Wow" when I tried their Uzbek Pulao and kebabs, it was different and truly satisfied my taste buds. Highly recommended, I would love to visit again and again. BTW the Uzbek tea was fantastic

First time trying Uzbek dishes!! Superb!!! Tastyyyy we arrived from Thailand for work and here is our first meal. The minced chicken grill & manti chicken smell so good with spices. Homemade noodles is perfectly done to the teeth. Bouncy. Also Fresh salad is always a good company. Impressive.

Honestly one of my favorite spots to go to. Good food, service and hospitality is amazing. Love the atmosphere specially in winter. Tried the beef kofta, lamb plov and dumplings (highly recommend). Planning to try more things on the menu. Also they serve one of the best teas I’ve had.
